4. Age Requirements

  • Misrepresentation of age is prohibited

  • Accounts suspected of belonging to minors will be immediately restricted or removed pending investigation

5. Prohibited Content and Behaviour

  • Creating, uploading, sharing, accessing, or storing CSAE or CSAM

  • Engaging in grooming behaviour's or manipulative interactions with minors

6. AI and Automated Systems Safeguards

Luna Dating app with AI uses automated systems, including AI-based moderation and detection tools, to help identify and prevent CSAE-related risks. These systems may:

  • Detect patterns associated with grooming or sexual exploitation

7. Reporting CSAE
